Asymptomatic, with or without treatment.
10%
Incomplete relief of symptoms with treatment.
50%
Treatment is ineffective, or the veteran is unable to use the prescribed treatment due to comorbid conditions, without associated end-organ damage.
100%
Treatment is ineffective or cannot be used due to comorbid conditions, and the condition is associated with end-organ damage.
