Real Property Tax Exemption (100% P&T)
Veterans rated 100% permanent and total are fully exempt from real estate tax on their principal residence and up to one acre.
Surviving spouse keeps it if the veteran died on/after Jan 1, 2011 and does not remarry.

One vehicle owned and used primarily by a 100% P&T disabled veteran is exempt from local personal property tax.

Eligible veterans may subtract up to $40,000 of military retirement income for tax year 2025 and later.
