A qualifying disabled veteran's homestead is fully exempt from property tax; it is all-or-nothing with no partial exemption.

Requires VA determination of P&T at the 100% rate, OR individual unemployability, OR a VA specially-adapted-housing certificate. No annual reapplication as of 1/1/2025.
