Veterans with a 100% permanent and total rating get a homestead exemption of $121,812 (2025) from all ad valorem taxes.

Amount is the greater of $32,500 or the federal 38 USC 2102 (SAH grant) ceiling, indexed annually; the GDVS official figure for 2025 is $121,812 (rises for 2026 once GDVS publishes it).

Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Exemption (100% P&T)

Veterans rated 100% (or unemployable, or with specific limb/sight loss) are exempt from ad valorem tax on one vehicle.

Also qualifies via loss/loss of use of feet/hands, blindness, or VA unemployability.

Disabled Veteran Hunting & Fishing License (100%)

Georgia-resident veterans with a 100% rating qualify for the discounted disability hunting/fishing license.
