Disabled Veterans' Property Tax Exemption
Exempts part of the assessed value of a veteran's principal residence (basic ~$169k or low-income ~$254k tier, adjusted annually).
Requires 100% rating OR compensation at the 100% rate due to individual unemployability; low-income tier has a household income limit; unremarried surviving spouse may qualify.
