Total Property Tax Exemption for Qualifying Disabled Veterans

Veterans with a 100% disability, P&T with unemployability, loss/loss of use of limbs, or total blindness are exempt from all property taxes on the homestead.

Unremarried surviving spouse and minor dependents of certain deceased members also qualify.

Military Retirement Fully Exempt

Military retirement and survivor benefits are fully exempt from Arkansas income tax (since 2018).
